I took the time out to ensure I experienced the true essence of this product. Firstly the recommendation was correct based on the MACA Team's assessment. I honestly could not stomach this powder. The flavour is SO strong and I could taste it in every drink I tried to hide it in. I've just ordered the capsules instead, but have wasted a lot of money on something I've used a handful of times.

I mix this with the black maca powder, the red maca tastes more strongly in my opinion, but definitely has a very good effect when combined together. I mix half a tbsp of each into some greek yogurt right before work each day, and within half an hour I notice my energy levels increase quite a bit, but at the same time in not jittery. My sex drive has increase quite a bit after only 3 weeks of daily use, at about 1 tbsp per day, VERY nice side effect
