Non-gym day recovery boost !
Used the raw maca (premium) before, this time the gelatinized....could be me,but this feels a bit stronger,so I use it on non-gym days by itself. On gym days I use other supplements,and like to keep them separate. Not a huge difference with digestion.... I also use ashwaganda for thyroid issues,so I try to use that at different times. I usually mix in a cup of cashew milk with stevia tumeric,and vanilla...... P.S. Nice quality family buisness !
