Maca Shampoo and Lotion

This isn't exactly a recipe, but we have heard from several of our customers who love adding Maca powder to their favorite shampoos, conditioners and lotions. Customers doing this commonly report that their skin tone and hair strength improve when using shampoo and lotion enhanced with Maca. This is most likely due to the strong nutrient content and hormone balancing effects of Maca superfood for hair and skin.

Directions:

In order to enhance a shampoo or lotion with Maca simply take 1 T of Maca per 1/2 cup of product and mix them thoroughly.

The Maca Team brand is very special.

I've tried various maca brands over the last 20 years and The Maca Team brand is very special. There is definitely a difference when it comes to the quality and colors of the maca. This red maca does seem to nourish certain parts of my body while the black maca nourishes something else. I know I've been missing the nutrition these maca provide.
