Bio:
I’m a lifelong athlete and sports-performance coach with a passion for helping others reach new levels in their athletic journeys. My career began as a competitive swimmer, where I qualified for multiple USA Swimming Nationals and competed at the 2009 World Championship Trials. Since then, I’ve transitioned to CrossFit, competing in Regionals from 2012 to 2015 and at the CrossFit Games as part of the TTT Team in 2021. In 2024, I returned to the Games as an individual, competing in the 35-39 Masters division as the only 39-year-old athlete in that field. I’m now training with the goal of securing a podium finish as I transition into the 40-44 division.
As a coach, I’ve worked with athletes at all levels, from recreational competitors to CrossFit Games finalists and Olympic athletes, focusing on guiding each individual to their peak performance. I earned my bachelor’s in Exercise Science and a master’s in Applied Sport Science, with my graduate work focusing on speed, power, and advanced sports nutrition concepts. I’ve always been interested in natural supplementation to support athletic performance, a focus I continue to explore.
Today, I’m proud to work with high-level CrossFit and Hyrox athletes through Training Think Tank. My journey in both coaching and competing has shaped my understanding of performance, and I’m excited to share how I incorporate maca into my daily regimen to support energy, endurance, and recovery

What does Maca do for you:
The black maca helps me sustain my energy even when training, coaching, and being a parent are wearing me down! I started taking 6g of the black maca at the beginning of the 2024 season and I hit lifetime PR’s in multiple strength lifts within 2-3 months including a 470# back squat, 380# clean, and 285# snatch! I am about to turn 40 and I’m lifting 15-20# more than I was when I was 30! I love that it’s a completely natural product that keeps my strength and energy maximized with no worries about failing a drug test!
