Instant Pot Power Porridge With Maca

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Maca Chips
- 4 Cardamom pods
- 1 small Cinnamon Stick
- 1 Clove
- 1 small Star Anise
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Maca "Morning Motivator"
- *1/8 cup Chickpea flour (protein)
- *1/8 cup Almond flour (protein)
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 1 tbsp Grass Fed Butter
- *Substitution: (replace chickpea flour & almond flour with Pre-Cooked 1/4 cup Steel Cut Oats)
- Optional Toppings: Honey, Nuts, Berries, etc
Preparation:
Mix together Water, Maca Chips, Cardamom, Cinnamon Stick, Clove, Star Anise and Salt into instant pot and lock vent. Put on the Porridge "more" function and set for 10 mins. At end of cycle, do a quick release and remove lid. Discard all spices.
Stir in the Morning Motivator, Chickpea Flour, Almond Flour, Milk and Butter and set instant pot to Slow Cook. Place lid back on and open the vent. Let cook for 30 minutes, add any additional toppings you want, and serve!
