Maca Buddha Bites
Satisfy your snack cravings with these wholesome, bite-sized treats! Made with energizing maca powder, nuts, and natural sweeteners, these easy-to-make bites are perfect for a healthy snack that supports sustained energy and wellness throughout the day.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup ground almonds
- 1/4 cup ground cashews
- 1/4 ground pecans
- 1/4 cup ground walnuts
- 1/4 cup toasted oats (gluten free)
- 1/4 cup minced dates minced
- 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup of maca powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean or real vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt or Celtic salt
Other optional ingredients (just a pinch of each):
- Gaduchi
- Ashwaghanda
- Brahmi/Bacopa
- shatavari
- Chywanprash Rasayana
- Camu camu/ triphala
- Coconut nectar
- Honey, agave or maple syrup to taste
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients together with a little coconut or ghee till they form naturally into balls. Chill in the fridge and eat within 10 days. If not freeze them.
These are energy bites after work out or during a hike. It's a meal in a ball. Enjoy our Buddha bites!
